FOREX TRADING

"Forex" stands for FOR+EX i.e., "Foreign Exchange". What does it mean? This is the biggest financial marketing in the world. You can also find in many other forms as, "FX", "SPOT FX" or simply "SPOT". If you are unable to mark the bigness of this company, just compare it to any big trading organisation. Even if you compare it with the New York Stock Exchange Trades or even any trading business, you can easily find that Forex trading is more than thrice the profit any big trading organisation gets.

In simple language, it is a trading of "Money".This is a simple business where, there is just the exchange of currency. In this type of trading, there is a buying of one currency and selling of another. This trading is done in pair. For example, if we are going to trade on US and Indian currency, it has to be done in pair. i.e, (USD/INR). 

   It must be a little confusing as buying money and selling it is a little bit out of estimation. but I'll clear it out. If you are buying currency of a country, you are actually buying a share of it. So, it depends on the country's economic conditions from which it decides the value of its currency.

This type of trading doesn't have any physical existence, i.e. it doesn't have any official location as it is an Interbank concept. It continues to be exchanged in a no. of banks in a 24-hrs limitation.

In previous years, there was a wrong concept that if you have a great amount of money in your pocket, then only you can afford this type of business. It was only made for bankers and big companies to build their business and though internet is now very well recognized, so we are now very much capable of doing it. But in todays world, all you need is, a computer, a high speed internet and knowledge about the trading.
